This print features the beautiful false plum sea anemone. Like the other prints in my “Creatures of the Sea Forest” series, this is a life-sized rendering of the animals as false plum anemones can be 8 inches in diameter, the largest of the anemones found in the Great African Sea Forest.
This two-colour print was made by carving a linoleum block which was then inked and printed onto creamy Kitikata Japanese paper, all by hand and all by the artist.
Print size is 8.5x11 inches/22×28 cm.
